Marennà is the gourmet restaurant inside the Feudi di San Gregorio winery. It was reopened in November 2019 with a new philosophy focusing on wine and territory. Marennà is a wine theatre in the beautiful hills of Sorbo Serpico in the province of Avellino, a research laboratory for high-quality and local products and a restaurant of excellence. Led by chef Roberto Allocca, Marennà experiments with in-depth research into raw materials and has developed a long-term project thanks to solid partnerships with suppliers and creating a vegetable garden for the exclusive use of vegetables, fruit and herbs.
Here, food is an authentic experience of the senses: one can be enchanted by the final act of preparing the dishes before they are served in the dining room or take part in journeys, tastings and the opening of large formats in the Wine Theatre. Chef Roberto Alloca’s signature cuisine combines wine labels from the best winemaking family from all over Italy, with territorial excellence recognised worldwide.

To be hit the stage, every opera needs a theatre, and Marennà has its own Sala Balthazar, a location entirely dedicated to meeting and sharing, conceived by architect Roberto Liorni and designed for tasting journeys, vertical tastings and the opening of the noblest large formats, such as the Balthazar, from which it takes its name.
